The former governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Mr Peter Obi attend the Nigerian afrobeat superstar Flavour’s father’s burial.

Peter Obi was among the dignitaries who attended the burial ceremony of Flavour Nabania’s father which was held in Enugu State, Nigeria.

Enugu State saw a gathering of family, friends and prominent figures who came to pay their respects and support the legendary musician during his time of loss.

However, Peter Obi’s presence showcased his respect and admiration for Flavour and his family.

In his X official handle, he wrote,

Today, in Enugu State, I joined the popular Nigerian musician, @2niteFlavour Chinedu Okoli and his family at the funeral celebration of their beloved father, Elder Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli.

“I condoled with him and his family and prayed to God to give them, and all of us, the fortitude to bear his sad and irreplaceable loss. May God who called Papa home grant him eternal rest and continue to protect, and bless the family always.”

Some dignitaries include Phyno, Obi Cubana, Cubana Chief Priest aka Water na Money, Odumeje aka Indaboski and other prominent celebrities in Igboland.
